This patient presented with enamel wear and stained older bonding. In this picture you can see the extent of his wear as well as his existing lower partial denture. A new partial denture was made and worn teeth were restored with crowns. Implants helped replace upper missing teeth. Partial clasps were not a concern in this case because they could not be seen when smiling. Final smile.
